Fill in the form with as much information as you can. Print a copy for you own record. You can then send a copy of this information to us via letter post and include the required extra documentation as stated on the form.
If you wish to send the information to us electronically, there are 2 options:

1. If you have access to an email program such as MS Outlook or similar then you can click the "Submit by Email" (green) button at the bottom of the form. This will open a new email with the data file as an attachment, please add you other electronic documentation to this email and submit (you can also save this email as a draft).
2. If you are on a public computer or do just would like to register your interest with TAFE SA, click the "Submit Now" (blue) button at the bottom of the form to send the data via the server.

Please close this window when you have completed sending or printing the form.
