Complementary Health

The term complementary health covers a large range of natural therapies that are used to assist with general health and wellbeing as well as supporting the body and alleviating symptoms associated with a variety of conditions. Many complementary health therapies are recognised by medical professionals taking an integrative approach to health care. Complementary Health is quickly gaining popularity with the general public many of whom are able to claim rebates from Private Health Funds when treated by qualified therapists. Practitioners are working in a range of healthcare settings from home-based clinics to hospitals.
