About Workplace Training
Assessment is an important function in successful organisations providing information on the capability of individuals and organisations to achieve their work and business plans. The Certificate encompasses the current national competency standards for workplace assessors and trainers while the Diploma is designed to develop the skills for designing, implementing, managing and evaluating assessment and training systems. Possible job roles include industry trainers, workplace assessors, community-based trainers, vocational trainers, OH&S trainers, HR trainers and registered training organisation (RTO) trainers and assessors.
