TAFE SA email forwarding

To Log in to TAFE SA Connect Email

  1. Go to https://login.live.com or you may choose the “Email – TAFE SA Connect” option on the TAFE SA website (http://www.tafesa.edu.au), as shown below:

    After March 15, any student logged into a TAFE SA student computer on a TAFE SA campus, will automatically be logged into TAFE SA webmail by opening up the TAFESA Connect shortcut located on their desktop.


  2. The "Outlook Live" - "Sign in" page will be displayed.

  3. Enter your "Windows Live ID”. 

    Your Windows Live ID is your Student ID followed by “@tafesa.edu.au”:

    • if you were enrolled as a TAFE SA student prior to 14th June 2011, then your student ID is a 7-digit number with the letter “S” as a prefix (eg. S9876543). If your student ID is S9876543, then,  your Windows Live ID is S9876543@tafesa.edu.au

    • if you were enrolled as a TAFE SA student on or after 14th June 2011, then your student ID is a 9-digit number (eg. 009876543). If your student ID is 009876543, then, your Windows Live ID is 009876543@tafesa.edu.au

  4. Enter your ‘Password’.

    Your password is your Date of Birth in ddmmyyyy format. For example, if your birthdate is 7th January 1979 then your Windows Live password is 07011979.

  5. Select ‘Sign In

 

To Forward your TAFE SA emails

  1. Once you have logged in to Windows Live, select “Options” (on the top right hand corner) and then select “See All Options…

  2. In the “Account Information” screen, the right hand side of the page, select “Forward your email”.

  3. On the next page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and in the space provided, under “Forward my e-mail to:”, enter the email address to which all emails in your myTAFESA email account should be forwarded, then select “Start Forwarding”.
