Expected Employment Outcome Example

The employment prospects of Diploma graduates are very promising as there is a serious shortage of food technologists and quality system experts in the South Australian and indeed the Australian food processing industry. This shortage of trained personnel must be overcome to maintain food safety and increase the ability of food exporters to compete effectively and efficiently in world markets. Training has been targeted as a priority issue in the South Australian State Food Plan.

Note: Completion of a TAFE SA course does not guarantee an employment outcome. Formal requirements other than educational qualifications (eg licensing, professional registration), may apply to some occupations.
