| Entry Requirements | Students must show the academic and personal qualities necessary to undertake tertiary studies. This means the satisfactory completion of Year 12 or equivalent and the ability to study in English demonstrated by an IELTS score of 5.5 is essential. For direct entry at a Diploma or Advanced Diploma level, minimum entry requirements must be met. Expected Employment Outcome Example
Management and administrative workers can gain skills and knowledge that will enhance their employment prospects in the field of administrative support. Certificate level courses are designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills and attributes required for a variety of career paths in clerical and administrative occupations including office/accounts clerk; receptionist; customer service officer; administrative officer; office assistant; or information officer. Diploma and Advanced Diploma graduates can gain work as administration officers; officer administrators; executive personal assistants; executive officers; business managers; and general office managers.
