• Preparation of common mixed drinks
• Cocktail Demonstrations
• Handling of cash
• Service techniques
• Workplace hygiene
• Responsible service of alcohol
• SA Liquor Licensing Laws
Please not that the units of Workplace Hygiene Procedures, SA Liquor Licensing Laws & Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol are all to be completed on line prior to the commencement of the course.
